Can you fix my oven today? It’s an emergency!
We’ll do our best! We do have a stock of spare oven parts, and are sometimes able to get your oven working on the same day. Call us as early as possible to have the best chance.
What are your oven service hours?
8am – 7pm, Monday to Friday. Emergency hours may be available.
What is your service area?
We service the entire Central Coast for oven repairs, from Pearl Beach to The Entrance and up to Newcastle.
How much do oven repairs cost?
It’s hard to say without an inspection, because a lot changes depending on the brand of your oven and exactly what the problem is. But we do commit to fair pricing, and our eco friendly refurbished parts can help save you money too.
Is there a call out fee for oven repairs?
We charge a call out fee that depends on your location. The call out fee covers 2 visits, so if we need to return with your ordered parts, you only pay once.
Do you charge labour for repairs?
Our oven repair labour is charged in 15 minute increments, and up front estimates are available.
Is there a warranty on oven repairs?
We provide a 3 month call out fee warranty on your oven repair, so if something goes wrong in that period, we’ll come back without charging another call out fee. In addition, new oven parts are typically covered by a 3 – 12 month manufacturer warranty. If your new part fails in this period, it will be resupplied for free (labour charges may apply). There is no warranty on refurbished oven parts.
